Title: Beyond Mobile Advertising: an exploratory study of customer engagement and empowerment behaviour via mobile devices in relation to marketing communication

چکیده

− The conceptual domain: A conceptual model is built based on the theoretical foundations of technology acceptance model (TAM). This model seeks to explain the level of engagement and empowerment of customers in mobile marketing campaigns. The inquiry extends to examine the impact of moderating factors that influence customer engagement and empowerment. Moreover, this research will investigate the antecedents of customer engagement and its possible consequences.
